Welcome to Clinton Athletic Club!
Clinton Athletic Club is a professional strength and conditioning gym. CAC operates on a class schedule, so each of your workouts occurs in the setting of a group personal training class led by a CrossFit certified trainer. Each member of CAC is an athlete. That is the way you will be trained. No matter your profession, you have a need to physically perform at an increased level. We train stay-at-home moms and children the same way we train firefighters and policemen. The level of training differs by degree not kind. There is an athlete inside us all…….CAC embraces this and pushes that athlete to perform.
In our experience, two things exist that have the ability to radically change your life, first and foremost, your relationship with Jesus Christ, and secondly, Fitness. We are here to offer help and guidance for the former and professional training for the latter.
We expect your life to change when you become a part of our team. That is our formula for success. Our success depends on the degree of change that you experience both spiritually and physically from your time spent at CAC. You should have high expectations of us. We do.
